Project Details

Renovations to the Old PD Building to accommodate relocating several departments from the City Hall complex. May include adding windows, new finishes, remodeling lobby/receptionist area, additional parking and landscaping. Departments may include Fire Admin, Engineering, Inspections, Planning, Projects, FireMarshall. Includes CAT6 wiring and upgrade to phone switches for VOIP.

Project Justification

Necessary to meet the needs of the user departments and the Unified Development Code (UDC).
