Project Details

The renovations to existing Fire Station 4 includes the interior alterations to provide/modify officer rooms, dorm rooms of firefighters, day room/dining room, offices, kitchen, exercise room, lockers, restrooms, apparatus bay, storage room(s), maintenance area, equipment room(s) and other related support spaces.

Project Justification

To help provide a City staffed fire service, it is necessary to renovate existing facilities to accomodate the needs that a full time staff would require.
