Amenities planned for this phase of the expansion include:
- A 150' wide pedestrian bridge with abutments that will connect the existing improvements on the north side of Mary's Creek to the new improvements on the south side of Mary's Creek
- A new parking lot with approximately 80 parking spaces
- A water playground
- A short hike and bike trail connecting the north and south sides of Mary's Creek
- A picnic pavilion.
