Project Details

Road is classified as a major thoroughfare and will ultimately be a 4-lane divided roadway with raised median and bridge crossing over the BNSF railway. The current project constructed 2 lanes, one lane of traffic in each direction, with ultimate 4-lane intersections at Veterans Drive and SH 35.

Project Justification

Bailey will be an alternate route for residents, school buses, and emergency vehicles for access to Veterans Dr, CR101 and other roads on the southwest side of Pearland.
