Project Details

Renovation of existing 6000 square feet building space, addition of approximately 4500 square feet of new building space, and the construction of a new parking lot, and site landscaping. Interior renovations and additions include restrooms, computer room, commercial kitchen as well as exercise, library, game, quilt and crafts rooms, lobby and staff office areas.

Project Justification

Provide a higher level of service to senior citizen population. Additional space will allow for additional activities and services to be supported.
